Gaming Center at CMU
As online gaming continues to grow in popularity, more and more colleges and universities are looking to upgrade their facilities to accommodate this new generation of competitive eSports players and casual gamers. CMU re-imagined an existing building, turning it into a home for its fast growing ESports team. When it came time for a best-in-class seating solution with lots of personality, good aesthetics, that could satisfy different users, and would tie together throughout the 1,800 sq foot space, OM was a natural choice. The OM5 task chair, a PC Gamer magazine award-winning product, was chosen for each gaming station.
