OM Seating is a vibrant, warm, design-forward manufacturer of office seating. Our small but mighty marketing department is looking for a hands-on, multi-talented, effective Marketing & Digital Sales Tools Coordinator to join us.
We are looking for a process-oriented thinker, someone comfortable with the details, and who understands how an integrated and precise digital and online presence can be an asset to the entire organization’s goals and wellbeing.

Job Responsibilities
- Support and maintain OM Seating’s Visualization and 3D product configurator tool
- Maintain and update website as to its accuracy in images, dimensions, product descriptions, model numbers, etc.
- Work with the OM Seating team to interpret data into useful, actionable information
- Learn about existing and new products/offerings and stay up-to-date regarding industry marketing and web tool trends to help OM Seating stay current with, or even ahead of, our competition’s offerings and our customers’ needs
- Build, maintain and organize an up-to-date, segmented, marketing database of our customers, influencers, and followers
- Utilize Adobe software to create custom product configurations, and marketing and sales collateral
- Assist in managing tradeshow leads/planning/logistics
- Co-Plan how to track/mine usage + user data from our various marketing (primarily digital) touchpoints – website and web tools, digital marketing collateral and communications, print and digital publications & PR, and more
- Other duties as assigned

- Detail-oriented
- Strong communicator (verbally, and written)
- Ability to travel in support of trade shows and special events, approximately 5 or 6 times a year
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Graphics Design, Art, or related discipline
- 2 years or more of experience with:
- WordPress
- Adobe Suite (i.e., Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Marketing email platforms (Mailchimp preferred, but Constant Contact, etc. still a plus)
- Social Media (i.e., Instagram, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook) back-end admin tools a plus, but not required
- Experience with light coding (including block-based coding, or HTML) a big plus, but not required

Details
- Job Type: Full Time (40+ hours a week)
- One location: Ontario, CA
- Typical workday: 8:30a to 5:00p, M-F
- Pay Rate $27.00 – $33.00 Compensation may vary commensurate with experience
